2. Changes and Cancellations. Cancellations and changes can be made via email to sales@BooksAccess.Com. BooksAccess.Com will NOT REFUND its customers for any Cancellations. Once a Customer has selected a Key Word(s) or Phrase(s) and BooksAccess.Com has Posted your Web Site and Key Word(s) or Phrase(s) there will be no changes allowed accept a URL change only if you or your company loses the first site. BooksAccess.Com RESERVES the right to not accept certain key words phrases or certain customers at their discretion. BooksAccess.Com reserves the right to change any of its advertising specifications at any time including pricing without any warning to its advertisers.

3. KEYWORD(s) or PHRASE(s)  BooksAccess.Com Gives  you or your company 10 FREE Key Words or Phrases. After 10 FREE Key Words or Phrases you or your company agrees to pay BooksAccess.Com $5.00 extra per key word or phrases.

4. Listings. BooksAccess.Com posts the listings on first come first serve basis. Your listing will appear after receipt of your Order Form that the Attorney or Law Firm filled out on BooksAccess.Com. BooksAccess.Com will not process any orders sent by email. All orders must be submitted through our Order Form through BooksAccess.Com. All listings from you or your company will appear on a first come first serve basis on the search when a client searches for your book or company.

5. Payment. BooksAccess.Com accepts payment via PayPal to sales@BooksAccess.Com .Once your listing is accepted, approved and posted on BooksAccess.Com PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IMMEDIATELY TO sales@BooksAccess.Com by you or your company. If Payment is NOT RECEIVED then BooksAccess.Com reserves the right to take all legal actions necessary to retrieve the outstanding accounts owing to BooksAccess.Com including all court fees and attorney fees. (Note: Late Payments. If payment is not received within 48 Hours BooksAccess.Com also reserves the right to charge $5.00 extra per day for Late Payments until paid. This is only during business Hours from Monday through Friday... excludes weekends and Holidays.)

6. Refunds. BooksAccess.Com will NOT refund a customer for any reason whatsoever. Once you or your company's Web Site has been accepted, approved and posted on BooksAccess.Com there will be absolutely no refunds issued.

7. Rejections. BooksAccess.Com reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any advertisement or to reject or terminate any links, buttons, boxes or banners for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser/agency, and whether or not such advertisement, link, button, box or banner was previously acknowledged, accepted, or published.

8. DATABASE. BooksAccess.Com Search Engine has a database which it uses for its customers and visitors. Visitors access the data base on BooksAccess.Com Search Engine and when they type in Key Word(s) it directs them to our customer's web site. This BooksAccess.Com Search Engine is for visitors to find a writer, author, publisher, agent etc. and not for other competitors stealing our Database. If you are caught stealing our database we will prosecute you to the fullest length of the Law. We record all traffic. 

9. Licenses and Indemnification. Advertiser/agency grants BooksAccess.Com the right to use, reproduce, publicly display and distribute advertiser's advertisements and collateral information and warrants that advertiser/agency has the right to grant such license. Advertiser/Agency represents that the advertiser is the owner or is licensed to use the entire contents and subject matter contained in its advertisements and collateral information, including, without limitation, (a) the names and/or pictures of persons; (b) any copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or depictions of trademarked or service marked goods or services; and (c) any testimonials or endorsements contained in any advertisement submitted to BooksAccess.Com. In addition, advertiser/agency represents that the advertiser's advertisements and collateral information do not violate any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation. In consideration of BooksAccess.Com's acceptance of such advertisements and information for publication, the advertiser and agency will jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless BooksAccess.Com and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to: (i) advertiser/agency's breach of any covenants, representations and warranties made therein, (ii) BooksAccess.Com's performance under this contract, and (iii) the copying, printing, distributing, transmitting or publishing of advertiser's/agency's advertisements or collateral information by BooksAccess.Com.

10. Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BooksAccess.Com BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR LOST INCOME OR PROFITS, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT, EVEN IF BooksAccess.Com HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BooksAccess.Com BE LIABLE FOR ANY DOWNTIME.
